Anything you'd change. A feature that should exist, a page that's confusing, a form that keeps losing you, or a small annoying thing you've stopped noticing because you're used to it. That last one is the most useful kind.

It doesn't have to be a whole idea, and it doesn't have to be polite. One sentence about one thing is genuinely enough.

It opens a thread you can follow. The platform team reads it, replies on that thread, and you get an email when someone does. Nothing goes into a silent inbox.

If it's something we're going to build, we'll say so. If it isn't, we'll tell you why rather than leaving it sitting there.

The people who run the platform, and nobody else. It isn't posted anywhere, other students don't see it, and it doesn't go to the school.

No. Fill in the form, leave us an address to reply to, and it lands with the team. There's a quick automatic check that you're not a script, and that's the whole of it.

Signing in is worth it if you want to follow the conversation: your message comes back as a thread you can reply on, instead of an email exchange. You can also just email developer@dev.vgspartans.org.

Sending without an account, a handful an hour — enough that you'll never notice it, and enough to stop a script. Signed in, you can have 3 threads open at once, with no daily limit and no waiting period.

Reply on one you already have, or close it when it's sorted, and you can open another.

Then post it on VGAgora, the campus idea board. Ideas there get backed by other students and marked under review, planned or done in the open.

Use this page for the platform itself, and VGAgora for anything about school. If you're not sure, send it here and we'll move it.

That goes to the report page, along with anything posted on the platform that shouldn't be up. Those get looked at now rather than planned, which is why they have their own door.

Don't post it, and don't send it here. Use the bug bounty, where it stays between you and the developer until it's fixed.
